FAST FORWARD PROJECT
Fast forward (football and schools together) is an Education project funded by the Football Foundation. Our project targets young people in years 8-11 (ages 13-16) who have potential to achieve five GCSE's at grades A*-C.
Pupils who take part in the project are those who would benefit most from regular attendance, but don't have the motivation or the aspiration to attend. In return for their commitment to the home/coursework club they will receive coaching from Grimsby Town Football in the Community.
Our project aims to establish home-coursework club at Lindsey School. The club will be delivered for an hour per week by school. Pupils who take part in the project will need to give at least 75% attendance at the home/coursework club to be able to participate in the training provided. The training provided offers opportunities for pupils to work towards JFO qualification.
