Another exciting offer Football in the Community can provide for young people is the chance to have their birthday party at Grimsby Town Football Club. These are great days out for the children. We have two different options you can choose from:
Option One
11am - 12.30pm - A session coached by one of Grimsby Town Football in the Community professional coaches (all coaches CRB approved) at Sydney Park.
12.30pm - 1pm - Walk back to Blundell Park, change, visit toilet, wash hands etc.
1pm - 1.30pm - A short stop off at McDonalds for lunch (hamburger, chips and drink or chicken nuggets, chips and drink).
1.30pm - Take your seats at the ground and prepare for match while watching the players warm up for the game. (Group passed into supervision of parents/helpers).
The birthday boy/girl will receive a special Grimsby Town present on the day.
COST - £15 PER CHILD (MINIMUM OF 8 CHILDREN NEEDED)
Option Two
12noon - 1pm Behind the scenes ground tour of Blundell Park, where you will get the opportunity to explore areas of the ground which only players and club officials get to see, lie the dressing rooms, boot room, physio room, press box plus more.
1pm - 1.30pm - A short stop off at McDonalds for lunch (hamburger, chips and drink or chicken nuggets, chips and drink).
1.30pm - Take your seats at the ground and prepare for match while watching the players warm up for the game. (Group passed into supervision of parents/helpers).
The birthday boy/girl will receive a special Grimsby Town present on the day.
COST - £12 PER CHILD (MINIMUM OF 6 CHILDREN NEEDED)
For both options parental supervision is required form 1-30pm onwards although parents are welcome to stay for the duration. You will be provided with one free adult ticket for every six children who attend.
Parents can be assured that when leaving their child in the hands of Grimsby Town FITC, all staff have undergone an enhanced criminal records check by the Criminal Records Bureau and attended an FA Child Protection workshop.
Grimsby Town FITC courses are covered by Public Liability insurance (details available on request.) Grimsby Town Football in the Community is always continuing to meet the highest of standards.
