Graham Rodger - Community Manager

- FA 'A' licensed coach

Grimsby Town FITCGraham played for Grimsby Town for nine seasons; the highpoint of Graham's playing days is his FA Cup win in 1987. Playing against Tottenham Hotpsur for Coventry City and pulling off a extra time victory. Since finishing his playing career he became football in the community officer before moving on to become Assistant manager at Grimsby. Graham moved up from Assistant manager to manager, before returning to Football in the Community in March 2007.

Mark Westerby - Louth/Education Officer

- FA Level One, Two and Uefa 'B' qualified coach

Mark joined Football in the Community in March 2007 after returning from working in New York, USA. Mark has twice coached in New York since leaving University, working with young people from 3 to 15 years old. Mark is responsible for over seeing Louth and surrounding areas, promoting all programmes and schemes Football in the Community offer. Along with the schemes Education project.

Ray Blain - Health Officer

- FA Level One and Two qualified coach

Ray has worked at Football in the Community for seven years, joining after finishing further education. Ray is the scheme health officer, promoting healthy living in the community.

Aide Merriken - Disability Officer

- FA Level One and Two

Aide is responsible for the schemes disability projects, he has been with scheme for 3 years now on a full time basis. Adie joined the scheme after completing further education

Liam Walker - Education Officer

- FA Level One and Two

Liam had worked full time in primary schools within the NE Lincs area since finishing further education, where he co-ordinated schools Physical Education projects.
